We consume ⅓rd of our daily calorie intake at work.
Sugar Free for Better Health helps staff make more informed choices about their food.
Bringing cakes or biscuits into the office every so often can certainly be a morale booster, but it’s worth bearing in mind that what we consume at work accounts for a third of our daily calorie intake. Therefore, what we eat from nine to five can have a big impact on our general health as well as our work performance.
We all know that sugar isn’t great for our waistline or our dental health, but new research shows it can affect our brain AND our mood too.
